Has any1 received e\m's from people in other countries asking for help in getting their inheritance money?

I've received hundreds of e\m's from people all over the world asking for my istance in getting supposedly inheritance monies that their countries wouldn't allow. I've been skeptical so I communicated with this one person who happens to be an attorney for the decedent asking for a phone number. I thought it might be a practical joke but when you hundreds of them and they offer to pay you a high percentage I kinda wondered if it could be for real. I need to know from anyone out there reading this if you've come across this situation. I have several email addresses but yahoo is the only one I find these particular postings. I just don't want to get involved with some crazy maniac out there!!!!! Suggestions are welcomed.
