Renting With An Expunged Record?

I'm from Ohio and had a felony on my record in 2007, but then it was dropped to a misdemeanor for me because I didn't commit the actual crime, I was just with my friend when he committed it and didn't rat him out. I got the conviction expunged, and today I tried to rent out an apartment, but the lady called me and said that it looks like there's a felony on my record but it's saying it got removed in the crime notes, so she's going to call the court and talk to someone about it because she thinks it's a mistake. Now I'm scared I won't be able to rent out a decent apartment. Will I be able to rent out this apartment? What can I do?
