What should I say in a "thank you" letter to my boyfriends parents?

So my boyfriends parents gave me a gift certificate to my favorite shoe store for $50 a picture of him me and his family and two cute snowmen things wit our names on them. Not good at writing have no idea what to put in the card. What exactly should I write? Thanks.
