What should you do if your fiance has a horrible last name?

My sister is engaged and she really hates her fiance's last name, especially combined with her first and middle name. He said he would feel disrespected and hurt if she didn't take his name and he wouldn't go through with the marriage. Do you think this is fair of him? Should she just get over it and take his name? His last name is Bone, so her name would be Katie Jo Bone. She thinks it sounds like a white trash hillbilly name. What do you think?
