Can anybody recommend any "gluten/allergy aware" restaurants in the area of Sacramento, CA ?

I found the Whole Foods in Sacramento, but are there any other food or grocery stores which carry specialty products? I'll be visiting Sacto from Jan 17 through 22. I know there is an Outback Restaurant, but I like to eat at local places when I travel, so any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
