Help im pregnant and my face is broke out with pimples sooo bad!?

i am 9 weeks pregnant, and my face is broke out soooo bad on my cheeks especially, i have tried clen & clear and nutregena they dont seem to help at all, this is very pain ful and they are everywhere, can anyone give me some advice, or know anything that i can put on it thats safe? i feel sooooooo ugly!!!!
