HOw do i get the national dex i seen all pokmon but i cant get it?

well after u seen all the pokemon including azelf, mesprit, uxie, palkia, and dialga. go talk to prof. rowan he will tell u some stuff and prof. oak will come in and they will give u a national dex. thats how i got mine
