What just happened to my car?!?

I have a 98 Dodge Neon Highline.. It's all custom.. Body kit, sway bars, cold air, 4 inch exhaust, blah, blah, blah.. While driving home today, i was almost t-boned on my driver's side, i ripped the ebrake and slid around the other car, she missed me and i didn't hit anything else, but now, my front driver-side tire is sitting at an angle.. it drove home fine, except that it shakes pretty violently when slowing down. i haven't put it up on a jack to look at it, and i'm just posting this on here to get a preliminary opinion.. so i guess, just let me know what you think happened..
