Which movie is this? Just name required?

It is i feel B/C grade Indian movie, a pert of it is shooted at a farm, the scene i caught (made me curious) a lady is busy in excercise servent of her stealthly enjoys her figure that was just coming out of her outfit, in a later scene that servent says to her how b u t ful she is. She says thats nothing and undresses her uper parts to him (alas not to viewers) and so on. Can anybody has any idea, tell me the name of this movie.....
