Does anyone know what these symptoms mean?

My friend had something similar to that, and it ended up that she had like, a bunch of weird little tumor things in her stomach (I don't think they were cancerous though) but she went in for surgery and had them taken out, and she doesn't get em anymore. That's the only thing I can think of though.
