I am having acute facial palsy..should I visit a neurologist immediately?

I am 27 years old. Two days back I woke up with unable to close my right eye..then it progressed to unable to control my right side of the lips and eyebrows..the first day itself the doctor diagnosed it as facial nerve palsy and referred to PT. Now I am getting electrical stimulation for my cranial nerve VII..its has been 3 days with no improvement. Should I see a neurologist immediately??? Please help...
