Little barely visible pimples Help please?

Ok well i don't know how to explain it but lately i have been getting these little bumps on my face that are barely visible. I can pop them and stuff comes out and it's gone but then it just comes back and i have 100's of them everywhere and they don't grow and all are pretty much the same size. I have had them before and then they went away(maybe it's something i used?) but i used Oxy daily wash maximum and i thought maybe thats it so i stopped for a week and nothing had changed. Help please :)
